time for a new one

I think it about time for a new compact camera, my old one isn't bad or anything.
I want something more up-to-date.  At this moment of don't have enough money
as not needing one for any special occasion.  This is the camera I had in mind

Here's mine I had from before.  Still newish tho.. the one I plan to get one day is advancing

If I had the money, I would buy/purchase this Video Card the Palit GTX 670, with a prob.
The imaging device will make my computer fly, flow through the advance graphic like you wouldn't know, jealour envy-ing me, well Don't think so, as, I have no dosh.  HAHA

From scoping around I reliased the GTX 470, GTX 570, GTx 670 are the one in demand for a far as I know.  These cards are running minumum 1gig and more graphics so you would probaly need a 650pw
to run the frist card then prob 750pw supply.   Note this - if you are wanting to purchase the 2nd and after Video Cards

Is ROMs legal?

Hi all,
    I have asked myself this question years ago, Is ROMs legal.  I even went to check it out
on the internet, I remember the site being rom nation or a very similar site to this,

On the site from what I can remember, of what I have read that It was a downloadable file (could even be) and used/needed a file to run. 

How do I go about find these answers and I am now purchasing games to play, on Playstation 3 which I'm trying not to play and PC.  PC is different.  I have many games that are ROMs, tho my self thought
is that they are not a legit as they say.  So they are in a B O X to be disposed of if needed to be. By the LAW (aka. LINSANE@!-_)

This is the game that I want to purchase by the way and I'm not going to get a DREAMCAST
